Hello

Welcome and thank you for being here. My name is Nour, I am a Lebanese-French multidisciplinary artist, graphic and experience designer. My work focuses on feminine wisdom, ecological storytelling and regenerative mysticism.

My artistic inquiry revolves around artivism, an exploration of art as as an educational tool that can inspire reflection, connection, kinship and ecological consciousness, while celebrating diversity and beauty. Through my art, I wish to amplify feminine intelligence and eco-spirituality, using immersive art, trans-media storytelling, and experiential learning.

I graduated from the American University of Beirut (Lebanon) in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History, and from l'Institut d'Etudes Supérieures des Arts (Paris) in 2010 with a Masters in Multimedia Design and project management. I then started working as a freelance designer and illustrator, while pursuing a Research Masters in Art History at the Sorbonne University in Paris.

I create pop culture and feminine empowerment art for my brand Draw Me a Song, an award-winning art project that explores music, iconic pop culture and feminine empowerment, on a wide range of products including art prints, home decor, creative stationery and collectibles. The project won the Deutsche Bank Creative Award (2011) as well as a PACEIM grant and mentorship (2014), and was selected as a finalist in the MIT Business Plan Competition (2012).

Today, the brand is sold by more than 18 physical and online distributors in more than 10 countries, and has been published in over 50 publications. Through collaborations with several creative companies and publishers, it has been expanded into other media and uses, including board games, coloring books, and children's books.

I collaborate with values-driven clients in a variety of fields—arts, culture, education, publishing, entrepreneurship, technology, activism, charities, advertising, games, and industries focused on women, children, or the environment—to create illustrations and graphics to support their work and help them visually tell their stories and bring to life their essence.

In 2016, I left Paris where I had been living and running Draw Me a Song. I've been living nomadically since, traveling wherever intuition takes me, while working as an independent illustrator and designer, as well as running the shop remotely and working with nonprofits and social/environmental initiatives.
